How to participate?
Heyyy MUIMUN Alumni! Do you remember the butterflies you felt before your first speech or the long nights we spent working on resolutions? We want to see you again at MUIMUN 2026.
We are looking forward to seeing your videos!
1. Record a video
Create a short video (30 to 130 seconds) in vertical format for Instagram or TikTok (IG stories also possible):
- Introduction: Briefly tell us your name, your nationality, and what you do today (job, studies, hobbies).
- Your MUIMUN story: Briefly mention your role during your last MUIMUN conference (journalist, chair, or delegate)
2. Reply to questions
Choose 2 to 3 of the following questions to answer in the video:
- 1. What are you expecting from your next MUIMUN conference?
- 2. What motivated you to join our MUIMUN in the first place?
- 3. Did you meet interesting people or build meaningful connections? Tell us about it briefly!
- 4. What skills did you improve the most (e.g., public speaking, negotiation, research) throughout the MUIMUN conference?
- 5. What committee were you in, and what was exciting about it
3. Last Steps
Finally, share it on social media and don´t forget to tag MUIMUN (on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook). To conclude you must fiill out our form (linked above) by May 21, 2026
Participation is only possible if you are a MUIMUN Alumni (if you participated in MUIMUN before), have filled out a form, and uploaded the video.
Extra: It can also be posted as a story on Instagram, keep it online for 24 hours and MUIMUN must be tagged: @muimun_conference
Criteria to win
The winner will be chosen based on the following criteria:
1. Creativity
2. Effort and production quality
3. Authenticity
Videos that stand out through original ideas, are engaging to watch and reflect genuine personality will have the best chance of winning.

Confirmation: You have 48 hours to confirm via email (if you won).
Honestly, we just want you to be there because you will enrich the conference, and this is the best place to celebrate that! When else will you have the chance to attend a gala?
The non-profit Münster MUN e. V. (German registered association) supports the MUIMUN project actively, especially with a staff (the volontarily working MUIMUN organization team) and ideally. Additionally, it also helps in funding the project.
